PANKCAKES AND TRADITIONAL CREPES 2 in 1

Pancake preparation method: Pour 500 mlof water into a dish, add 500g of the mixture and 50 to 100 ml of vegetable oil.
Mix for a few minutes to obtain a smooth, even texture. Fry the pancakes of desired thickness in a pan, on both sides, in a small amount of fat.
2.Traditional (thin) crepe preparation method: Pour 800 ml of water into a dish, add 500g of the mixture and 2-3 tbsp of oil. Pour the batter into a pan using a ladle, fry the crepes on both sides, in a small amount of fat.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour, sugar, whole MILK powder, dried EGGS, whey (from MILK) powder, starch, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates;
