Recipe and preparation method: Concentrate 1000g, Oil 120g, Water 800g
to prepare dough: 1920g
Nutrition value per 100g product: Energy value 1563kJ/374kcal; Fat 3,6g of which saturated fatty acids 1,5 g; Carbohydrates 79g of which sugars 37g; Fibre 1,1 g; Protein 6,8g; Salt 0,85g.
Mix all the dough ingredients according to the recipe at slow revolutions until the ingredients are combined, and then whisk with a confectionery beater or mixer manually at high speed for approx. 5 min. Pour the dough into waffle iron and bake for about 2-3,5 minutes at 170-180°C. After this time, open the waffle iron vigorously and remove the waffle. Once the Bubble Waffle has been taken out the waffle iron, it should be rolled it into a cone immediately.
