BELGIAN WAFFLES

Recipe: Concentrate 1000g, oil 230 g, water 900g, TOGETHER 2130g

Mix all the ingredients for dough according to the recipe at low speed until the ingredients are combined, and then whip with a whipping machine or manually with a blender at high speed for approx. 4-6 minutes. Pour the dough into the moulds of a waffle iron and bake approx. 4-5 minutes at 180°C [approx. 350°F].
