Savor Spelt biscuits. Ingredients: Spelt flour (24%), sunflower seed shelled, brown cane sugar, peeled pumpkin seeds, chocolate (7.5%), cocoa pulp, cocoa butter, cocoa powder (reduced fat contents), emulsifiers: SOYA lecithins, OATFLAKES,WHEAT graham flour, flavour, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates. The product may contain milk and eggs. Recipe: 1000g mix, eggs 100g, butter / margarine (dissolved) 300g. Preparation: mix all the ingredients (approx.4 minutes) slowly, using a flat mixer, until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Form balls and put them on a baking tray, with a baking paper on it. Before baking a ball, flatten them, keeping the distance of about 2 cm. Bake at the temperature of 180/190 C. Baking time: about 10-15 minutes depending on the weight of the cakes. The cakes may be stored for up to several days in a tightly-closed container.
