Brownie Savor. Ingredients: sugar, WHEAT flour, 8% chocolate, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, reduced-fat cocoa powder, emulsifiers: lecithin (from SOI), palm oil, salt, glucose syrup, MILK proteins, flavors. The product may contain eggs. Recipe: 500g mix, eggs 100g, water 30g, oil 90g.
Preparation: mix all the ingredients (approx.4 minutes) slowly, using a flat mixer, until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Pour the mixture into a baking tin lined with baking paper.
